Dramatic Behind The Mic LLC (DBTM LLC) is a Detroit-based creative, publishing, licensing, and community development company. We provide digital products, educational programs, media services, and approved licensing opportunities for creative projects. Customers purchase books, enroll in digital programs, book services, or submit licensing inquiries through our website. We sell digital products (books and programs), creative services (consulting, content production), and structured licensing opportunities that require approval and written agreements. Payments are accepted via Stripe, Chase QuickAccept, and PayPal.
Digital products are delivered via email, download, or online access. Services are delivered through scheduled sessions or project agreements. Licensing is fulfilled through written contracts and approval processes.
Digital products may be non-refundable once accessed. Services may be refundable only if work has not started. Licensing agreements are non-refundable once approved. Customers may contact us for support.

Programs are delivered digitally through guided content, email access, and/or scheduled sessions. Cohort details and access are confirmed in writing after enrollment.

Licensing is granted only through written agreement, approval process, and formal contract. No use is authorized until the agreement is executed.
Fulfillment — Books
Physical books are shipped via third-party fulfillment partners; carrier, estimated delivery, and any fees appear at checkout. Digital versions of our books are delivered via email or online access after purchase.
Fulfillment — Merchandise
Merchandise or physical products, when offered, will include shipping details — carrier, estimated delivery, and any fees — at checkout.
Payments & Confirmation
All payments are securely processed. Customers receive confirmation and delivery instructions after purchase or booking. We accept Stripe, Chase QuickAccept, and PayPal.
Refunds
Digital products may be non-refundable once accessed or delivered unless required by law. Service payments may be refundable only if work has not begun. Licensing agreements are non-refundable once approved.
