Customers purchase books, enroll in digital programs, book services, or submit licensing inquiries through our website. We sell digital products (books and programs), creative services (consulting, content production), and structured licensing opportunities that require approval and written agreements.
Digital products are delivered via email, download, or online access. Services are delivered through scheduled sessions or project agreements. Licensing is fulfilled through written contracts and approval processes.
Digital products may be non-refundable once accessed. Services may be refundable only if work has not started. Licensing agreements are non-refundable once approved. Customers may contact us for support.
